Our programs work because our clients understand why they are doing each exercise and movement in relation to their goal and program. We know that no reasonable amount of training sessions can compensate for ~165 hours of neglect outside of the gym, so we start by teaching our clients the skills they need to make their training a part of their lifestyle. We heavily prioritize safety in our training protocols and as a result have never had an injury under our supervision or in our facilities.

I do a detailed intake to assess for previous injuries, areas of concern, and individual preferences. Following the assessment I explain my plan of action and reasoning behind it - I've experienced the best long-term results when my clients understand every step of the process and why it's part of their individual program.
I'm certified as a Personal Trainer through both the National Council of Strength and Fitness and the American Council of Exercise. I have an additional certification as a Corrective Exercise Specialist through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I've worked with dozens of clients of all demographics at 24 Hour Fitness and Crunch in addition to my private work with in-home training.
I have a certification as a Fitness Nutrition Specialist from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and have utilized various diet programs on all of my training clients to help them reach their goals.
My clinical training for massage involved over 500 hours of supervised practice, under an experienced Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine and an Athletic Trainer. I spent several years working for a physical therapy clinic with a variety of different patients and conditions, and have been practicing massage privately since 2014.
We work regularly with male and female clients, with ages ranging from 12 - 94. I have extensive experience working on clients with different injuries and limitations and always perform a detailed intake to create a customized program for each individual.
